A tribute by the students of the Academy of Fine Arts of Verona to the master Milo Manara, one of the most famous Italian post-war graphic novel artists, and an occasion for learning about the role and value of the female figure in the imagination of the artist and contemporary society.

The dialogue between the Academy of Fine Arts of Verona and the cartoonist Milo Manara was the occasion for another conference, held at the headquarters of the Academy in Via Montanari 5 (VR), organized by Prof. Franco Spaliviero, illustrator and lecturer at the Academy, as part of the cycle of meetings entitled Indagine sull’attualità e il ruolo dell’anatomia e della figura umana nel fumetto e nell’illustrazione (Investigation of the relevance and role of anatomy and the human figure in comics and illustration).
